AI for clinics, schools and agencies: turning questions into qualified leads
· 2 min read
A dental clinic, a language school, a renovation company or a law firm can’t always name the final price in a chat — it depends on a check-up, a level test or a site visit. But they can answer every first question well and make sure the right person calls back with everything they need to know.
The goal is a good lead, not a sale in the chat
For these businesses the chat’s job is to turn “how much does whitening cost?” into a qualified request: what exactly the client needs, how urgent it is, and how to reach them. The sale happens later, with a person. The AI agent makes sure that conversation starts well.
Answers from your knowledge only
Opening hours, address, what’s included, how to prepare, which documents to bring — the agent answers from the knowledge you approved, not from general knowledge of the internet. If the answer isn’t there, it says so and offers to connect a colleague, and the question appears on your list of unanswered questions.
Rules for sensitive topics
In medicine, law or finance some answers must come only from a professional. Write the rule in plain words — for example, “don’t give medical advice; offer a consultation instead” or “always hand over questions about a specific case” — and the agent follows it. Prices that depend on a consultation can be named as ranges or as “from”, exactly as you wrote them.
What makes a lead useful
- A contact: phone or email, so someone can follow up.
- The need in one line: “whitening, wants it before a wedding in May”.
- The answers to your key questions: the fields you choose — service, timing, budget, location.
- The whole conversation, so the person who calls back doesn’t ask the same questions again.
You choose which questions matter for your business; the agent asks them naturally and stops when it has enough. The lead appears in your dashboard together with the whole conversation.
Bookings when you can
If part of your work can be booked directly — a free consultation, a trial lesson, a measurement visit — connect a calendar and the agent books it instead of creating a lead. Many businesses use both: book what can be booked, pass the rest to the team.
