Sales Core AI

Terms of service

Last updated: 11 October 2026

Draft: the operator’s legal details below are still being filled in.

These terms are an agreement between you and [legal name of the operator], [registered address], [registration and VAT number] (“we”, “us”) for the use of Sales Core AI: the dashboard app.salescoreai.com, the AI agents, the website chat and messenger integrations, and the related services (the “Service”).

The Service is for businesses. By creating an account or using the Service you confirm that you act for a business and accept these terms on its behalf.

1. The Service

Sales Core AI lets you set up AI agents that talk to your customers on your website and in messengers, recommend items from your catalog, take bookings and orders and hand conversations over to your team. You decide how your agents are set up and what information they use.

AI can make mistakes. Agents answer from your catalog, knowledge and settings, and the Service records each action they take, but you remain responsible for your offers, prices and the information you provide, and for checking conversations, bookings and orders. We do not promise any particular number of sales.

2. Your account

  • Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account and for the people you invite to your team.
  • Free starting credits are given once per person, after the account owner confirms their email address. Creating extra accounts or organizations to get more free credits is not allowed.
  • Tell us at [email protected] if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

3. Credits, fees and payment

  • There is no subscription. You pay for the Service with prepaid Sales Core AI Credits.
  • AI usage — conversations, reasoning and actions of your agents and the AI tasks you start in the dashboard — is deducted from your credits as it happens. Nothing is charged while your agents are idle.
  • A success fee is deducted for sales attributable to the Service: an order your agent created once it is paid, a booking your agent made once it is marked completed, and a deal once it is marked won with the AI as the closer. The rates, and any maximum fee per sale, are shown on our pricing page and in your dashboard; each charge uses the rate in force when the sale happened. If an order is refunded or cancelled after its fee was charged, the fee is returned to your credits.
  • Every charge is listed in your dashboard with what it was for.
  • When your credits run out, your agents pause until you buy more. Customer messages received meanwhile are still saved.
  • Online purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, which also issues the invoice and handles applicable taxes. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to the purchase.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account. Refunds of purchased credits follow Paddle’s buyer terms and the law.
  • We may change prices and rates for the future. We announce changes in advance; credits you already bought keep their value.

4. Transparency: your agent is an AI

  • People who write to your agent must always be able to know they are talking to an AI. Sales Core AI says so in every website chat and messenger conversation (EU AI Act, Article 50).
  • You may not set up, instruct or use an agent to claim or imply that it is a human, to deny being an AI, or to hide that it is an AI when someone asks. Settings that do so are not saved.
  • You may give your agent a name, a role and a tone of voice, and hand any conversation to a real person on your team.
  • We may pause an agent that is used to mislead people about talking to an AI.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service:

  • to break any law, including consumer protection, advertising, e-commerce and data protection law;
  • to send unsolicited messages, or to message people who have not contacted you or agreed to be contacted, in breach of the rules of WhatsApp, Telegram or other channels;
  • to offer illegal, dangerous or deceptive products and services, or to make claims you cannot support;
  • for any practice prohibited by the EU AI Act, or to manipulate or exploit vulnerable people;
  • to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, to get around its limits or security, or to access other customers’ data.

When you connect WhatsApp, Telegram, a calendar or your own systems, you must also follow the terms of those services.

6. Your customers’ data (data processing terms)

For the personal data of your customers that the Service processes for you, you are the controller and we are your processor. This section is the data processing agreement under Article 28 of the GDPR.

  • We process the data only to provide the Service as you set it up, and on your documented instructions given through the Service and these terms.
  • Everyone who processes the data for us is bound to confidentiality.
  • We keep the data secure with appropriate technical and organisational measures, described in our Privacy policy.
  • You authorise the sub-processors listed in our Privacy policy. We will tell you about new sub-processors in advance, and you may object; if we cannot address an objection, you may close your account.
  • We help you answer requests from people exercising their rights and with security and data protection obligations, as far as the nature of the Service allows.
  • We inform you without undue delay if we become aware of a personal data breach affecting your customers’ data.
  • When your account ends, we delete or return the data at your choice, unless the law requires us to keep it.
  • We make available the information needed to show we meet these obligations and allow reasonable audits, with reasonable notice and at your cost.

You are responsible for having a legal basis for the data you have processed, for informing your customers (including in your own privacy notice that you use an AI assistant provided by us), and for the content of your conversations with them.

7. Your content and our rights

You keep all rights to your content — catalog, knowledge, settings and conversations. You give us the permission needed to host, process and use it to provide the Service to you. We keep all rights to the Service, its software and its brand. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features; if a change significantly reduces the Service you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

9. Suspension and closing your account

  • You can close your account at any time by writing to [email protected].
  • We may suspend agents or accounts that breach these terms, put others at risk or are used for abuse. Where possible we will warn you first and give you time to fix the problem.
  • After an account is closed, its data is deleted as described in our Privacy policy.

10. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.

You will compensate us for claims by third parties that arise from your content, your products and services, or your use of the Service in breach of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell account holders about important changes before they take effect. If you do not agree, you may close your account before then; continuing to use the Service means you accept the new terms.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by [governing law]. Disputes are resolved by [courts]. If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest remains in force.
